Booking
Please send as much information as you have. We will send an email with a detailed itinerary, booking agreement and payment link. Once the initial deposit has been paid, your booking will be secured. Just submitting this form is not a confirmation of booking.

Important Information
The following will also be sent to you directly upon filling out the booking form.
We ask that there be at least one adult present at all times to accompany the young guests. We are not affiliated with or meant to represent another entity, and our services are for children’s entertainment only.
We cannot reserve your performer(s) until a deposit has been received or the party has been paid in full. If needed, the booking can be transferred to a different date.

Once the deposit is received, the party date and time are confirmed. Deposits are non-refundable, and can be made by calling 301-848-9935 or requesting an invoice that will be emailed to you for payment online. A fee of 4% is added to all invoices, but Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp, or cash can be used to avoid this fee. Your information will be processed securely through Square, and you will immediately receive a receipt via email.
The remaining balance will be due in cash or by secure electronic payment directly to your performer on the day of the event. Tips are not expected, but performers will be grateful to accept them.
Outdoor events must have an indoor backup plan available. If “real feel” temperatures are forecasted above 85°F, below 65°F, or if rain is anticipated, our performers cannot be outside.
We do not travel over 50 miles from zip code 22312 (Alexandria, VA). All bookings are subject to the IRS milage fee of $0.70 per mile from 22313, one way. Parties under 1 hour are not permitted for distances over 30 miles from 22312. On-site parking must be provided (driveway, garage, or reserved space).

We ask that you please be mindful of weather and traffic conditions that may disrupt your performer’s ability to travel, and allow a 15 minute grace period for arrival times.
